FCF Announces Staff Promotions

First Children’s Finance is excited to announce the promotion of several staff members to new roles within the organization.

FCF is pleased to announce Tiffany Grant has been promoted to the position of Business Development Manager for the Metro region on the Minnesota Team. Tiffany is currently a Business Development Specialist and has been with our organization since 2020. Tiffany will provide leadership to the Metro region team and plan for statewide expansion of Community Conversations for Early Childhood Entrepreneurs. Tiffany will begin her new role June 1, 2021.

FCF is pleased to announce Kari Stattelman has been promoted to the position of Business Development Consultant for the National Team. Kari is currently a Business Development Specialist for the West Central region of the Minnesota Team and has been with our organization since 2019. Kari will lead the delivery of FCF programs and services to our child care business clients across multiple states, territories, and tribes. Kari will join the National Team on June 15, 2021.

Finally, FCF is also very pleased to announce Joan Berntson will be joining the FCF Loan Fund as a Business Development Specialist. Joan will provide technical assistance to entrepreneurs seeking financing for their child care businesses. Joan is currently the Business Development Specialist in in the Northwest region of the Minnesota team, and has been with our organization since 2018. Joan will join the Loan Fund in July 2021.
