Take Time to Be Good to Yourself this December!
So much of December’s work is either reflecting on the past year (What lessons can we learn?) or planning for next year (How can we apply those lessons learned?) that I am sometimes challenged to live in the moment. It’s also a time when we prioritize personal commitments, like family visits, holiday parties, and time off.
