New Staff Join MN Team
First Children’s Finance announced today that seven new Business Development Specialists have been added to its growing Minnesota team. All seven new team members will join First Children’s Finance during August 2021.
“I am thrilled that our team will have the capacity to work with even more child care entrepreneurs across the state. There has never been a more important time to assist child care businesses to recover during the pandemic,” stated Suzanne Pearl, Minnesota Director.
The new Business Development Specialists will be assigned in every region of the state, serving child care business clients and communities in rural areas, population centers and the Twin Cities metro area. The new team members will provide business training and consultation to child care entrepreneurs, and will assist communities to build child care supply.

- Dana Ellingson, Twin Cities Metro region
- Diana Galaviz, Twin Cities Metro region
- Michele Hutchinson, West Central region
- Trisha Lien, Southwest region
- Lydia Pietruszewski, Northwest region.
